Thanks to your generosity, the Symphony was able to collect and restore over 25 instruments. We now have over 40 instruments ready to be placed into the hands of budding young musicians!
If you still have an instrument you would like to donate, please bring it into the Symphony offices at 226 North Arch Street in downtown Lancaster. Or, you may drop it off at the Music & Arts store across from Park City Mall near the Olive Garden.
To make a donation to the repair fund, please send your contribution to:

Studies have shown that music education has a positive effect on children’s emotional and intellectual growth, improves basic reading and math skills, and strengthens self esteem, self discipline, teamwork, and school attendance. Children involved in a music program are more likely to graduate from high school and attend college and are less likely to be involved in gangs, violence and substance abuse. Wont you invest in our young students?
Bring in your gently-used instruments or make a contribution today! For more information, contact Nancy LeVasseur, Director of Education at 291-6440, ext. 303. nancy@lancastersymphony.org.
