Who may attend?
Our interactive Open Rehearsals with Lido are recommended for students and adults ages 11 - 111!  Adults may attend by themsleves.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.  We provide special seating for our young music lovers (age 6 and below) and their parents so that the afternoon may be enjoyed by all who attend!

What is the Pre-rehearsal Chat?
The Pre-rehearsal chat is an informal question and answer period before the rehearsal at 3:30. It begins at approximately 3:00pm.

How do I get tickets for the Open Rehearsals with Lido?
We do not issue tickets for our open rehearsals.  They are free of charge for students and their families. 

When should we arrive?
Seating begins at 2:45. The rehearsal begins at 3:30. If you would like to participate in the pre-rehearsal chat, plan to arrive at 2:45. If you are unable to be there for the pre-rehearsal chat, you and/or your group will be seated during the chat. Please make every effort to be in your seats prior to 3:30 so as not to disturb the rehearsal.

Where are the Open Rehearsals?
The Open Rehearsals are held at the Fulton Opera House on 12 N. Prince Street, Lancaster.

What time are the Open Rehearsals?
The Open Rehearsals are from 3:30 to 4:30 PM. See Open Rehearsals, Dates and Times

Do I need a reservation? 
We recommend that you make a reservation so we may plan accordingly.

Does it cost anything to attend?
The open rehearsals are funded by generous gifts from individuals, corporations and foundations; they are free of charge. 

Do we need to provide our own transportation?
Yes, you must provide your own transportation to and from the Fulton Opera House. A map with directions for bus parking will be sent to you.

Do I need to use chaperons?
Yes, we would prefer that you bring chaperons. One chaperon per 15 students is recommended.

What are the Parent/Student Ticket Vouchers?
One ticket voucher is given to each student who attends an Open Rehearsal. The ticket voucher is valid for the Friday Evening or 3:00 PM Saturday Matinee performance of the Lancaster Symphony Orchestra. Buy one student ticket and receive one adult ticket of equal value free. Tickets are subject to availability and this offer may not be combined with any other offer. In order to redeem your voucher, call the Fulton Box Office at (717) 397-7425. No voucher will be honored at the window on the day of a performance unless you call ahead. All performances are at the Fulton Opera House.

What are the Complimentary Ticket Vouchers?
Each Music Educator, Club Representative, or a parent who coordinates a group of 15 or more will receive two Complimentary Ticket Vouchers. They are valid for the Friday Evening or 3:00 PM Saturday Matinee performance of the Lancaster Symphony Orchestra. Tickets are subject to availability and this offer may not be combined with any other offer. In order to redeem your voucher, call the Fulton Box Office at (717) 397-7425. No voucher will be honored at the window on the day of a performance unless you call ahead. All performances are at the Fulton Opera House.
