To keep your favorite seats for 2024-2025 Masterworks Season of the Lancaster Symphony Orchestra, follow these steps:

1. Hold Your Seats: Your preferred seats will be saved until May 17, 2024.

2. Sign In: Scroll down to the subscription window and click "Sign In" at the top right. If you remember your email and password from last season, enter them. If not, you can reset your password. If you have trouble, please call our box office at (717) 291-6440.

3. Choose Your Subscription Day & Time: Once signed in, pick the day and time you prefer for your subscription and click "Purchase."

4. Select Your Seats: If you choose the same day and time as last season, your preferred seats will be highlighted in bright pink. You can select them or pick from other available seats (gray seats are taken).

5. Select Subscription Type: When you click on a seat, a window will pop up asking you to choose between Standard or VIP Subscription. VIP Subscriptions have special benefits (see below).

6. Checkout: After choosing your seats, click "Checkout."

7. Review & Donate: Review your order and decide how you want to receive your tickets. You can also add a donation if you'd like (we can't thank you enough for your support!).

8. Continue to Payment: Click "Continue" at the bottom right of the page.

9. Update Billing Info: If needed, update your billing information. Check the box agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, then click "Continue" again.

10. Payment: Enter your payment details and click "Pay Now."

That's it! You're all set to enjoy the upcoming season of the Lancaster Symphony from your favorite seats.

To join our family of subscribers for the LSO's 2024-2025 Masterworks season, follow these steps:

1. Choose Concert Days: Fridays at 7:30 PM or Saturdays at either 2:30 PM or 7:30 PM and click "purchase." Remember, you can always call our box office to change your tickets if your plans change.

2. Select Seats for Performances: Choose your seats for the entire season at the Gardner Theatre (gray seats are taken).
